I had never heard of waterproof mp3 players before but this is actually a really good idea. I think it would be fun to be able to swim in a pool while listening to music at the same time. Are the headphones waterproof too or is it just the MP3 player itself?
Hi Jimmie! You’ve left comments on at least 3 of my sites over the last few days, so I wanted to stop on over and say hi! Great idea for a niche – I had no idea they made underwater mp3 players. I’ve done some swim training before, and find that I get horribly bored – this would solve my problem entirely. I may be back to pick one up!
Thanks, Julie

I use my MP3 player when jogging. But I do love to swim. These new underwater music players will be perfect for when I’m swimming laps at the pool. This way I can get my exercise and jam to my favorite tunes!

I didn’t even know they made such things! This is awesome. Perfect for kids/teens who spend the summers at the pool. I might want one for the beach just in case. Thanks!

Until I read your post I never knew there was an underwater mp3 player. Looks like it would be very popular. Thanks for the information.

I actually found that the sound induction based MP3 players work much better than the the earplug headphones. You can even hear other things going on around you.

I have to agree that these look pretty cool. I’ve only seen cases for your iPod that you can use while swimming, but in my opinion these look more comfortable to wear and the navigation buttons look easier to use. The case that I’m referring to is worn on the back of the head and so are the controls. Having the controls right by your ear seem to make more sense to me.
